A while ago, I profiled 4 extraordinary women who possess beauty and brains when it comes to marketing and business. It’s time to even things out a bit, so here’s 4 handsome and dashing men who demonstrate distinctive marketing, branding and business inspiration skills. These guys are worth paying attention to, not because I say so, but because if you give them a chance, they just might change the way you do business. Just like the last list, I wasn’t bribed or asked to make this list – let’s be real, who needs to pay me? – I simply made it out of sheer desire to spread the word.

Jason Fonceca Urban Shaman Jason Fonceca

Jason Fonceca is a pure badass and digital shaman, Jason “J-Ryze” Fonceca is never one to shy away from the unrefined and gritty terrain in the uncomfortable valleys of life. Jason’s experienced more than anyone’s fair share of failure in business ventures, relationships and even homelessness. Despite these setbacks, which would be enough to drive anyone insane, Fonceca’s mastered the art of maintaining inertial positivity, and he disseminates his wisdom throughout his site, RyzeOnline. Check out the podcast we had on creating happiness, passion, purpose  and wisdom in the digital age.

internet marketing expert justice wordlaw i Justice Wordlaw IV

Justice Wordlaw IV is someone you’ll sleep on if you’re not careful. His young looks, easygoing smile and “IDGAF I say what I want” attitude, you might find it easy to consider Justice another college kid who loves to hit the gym and party. Don’t do it to yourself. Wordlaw is as friendly as they come, but he’s as serious as a heart attack when it comes to creating a business that matters and provides value. Raised in a single family home in Chicago and becoming a single father at the age of 19 himself motivated Wordlaw to break into the Internet Marketing industry and solidify his finances and lifestyle for not only himself, but his daughter, and his mother, whom he presented an $80,000 check to help her retire early. “According to statistics, I should be dead or in jail – and I’m not. I didn’t go to college either. So if I can do it, you have no excuse,” he says. The crazy thing is he’s right – but you know what’s even crazier? He’s only 23, and he’s just getting started.

    Hey Lauren, I recognised 3 of these guys, so it was interesting to get another view of them and getting acquainted with the 4th. The strange thing is that they’re all controversial in some sense or another. Kind’a like Mars Dorian.

    Maybe this is going off tangent, but it made me think a lot about this. I have to admit, I don’t do swearing or bad language. Soon some folks around me, somehow start apologising when they blurt out certain words even though I didn’t tell them anything.

    It’s to do with my beliefs more than anything, and that naturally holds me from becoming too acquainted with certain articles or songs or even films. It even goes down to the content I share on facebook and google plus, that I have to be careful to watch out for expletives in videos and in songs. It gets a bit difficult when you discover a band with a song you like, and there’s no clean version. Or I have to choose which content I read like how folks would choose dishes from a menu lacking that ingredient they don’t eat, so it’s not the controversy that is appealing with these guys at all. It’s what’s beyond the controversy.

    I’m sure a lot of folk may not even find what they do controversial, they may see it as just being real, and that in itself is something we all need a lot more of on the internet, folks being themselves and being real. And they do that!

    So It’s their heart. That’s the most beautiful quality. That’s the most appealing part. You get that they genuinely care, Ryze, Danny and Alden.
    Beyond the taboos, the nakedness and the **** language, the message is positive and confidence boosting.

    Again, thanks for making me think about something I probably wouldn’t have thought about. You have a knack for that.

      @GemmaDiroskiLou:disqus Gemma!!!!

      Thank you so much for your input.
      Now I admit that when it comes to having a potty mouth, I’m more guilty of it than not. I’m personally watching how I say things to scale back on coming off highly offensive and distasteful. It’s tricky enough, because, as you said, I tend to border on the social taboos with my thoughts and arguments also. I don’t want to offend anyone carelessly, but at times I may throw in some swearing for effect or emphasis.

      However I do love that you can see past the “naughty” in all of these gentlemen and see their hearts and their ideas – all overwhelming with positivity. :-)
