
As a Black woman, it annoys me that while I really wish to do business with competent, talented Black businesses, there are quite a few bad apples who seem to spoil it for themselves.
I say themselves because they don’t keep me from doing business with other Black-owned businesses. I will ALWAYS do business with the best brands and companies I can, regardless of race, but it definitely saddens me that certain companies are adding to the argument within our community that “we” don’t know how to effectively conduct business in a professional manner. And in order to develop a better ecosystem and provide for ourselves, some of us need to go into business to support our growth.
Overall I think everyone, regardless of race, should be open on learning how to improve customer satisfaction when they’re in business. Because a satisfied customer brings money, and a dissatisfied customer – like me – brings it to the Internet. … Continue Reading
